I have 32 years of experience in Research and Technology, as well as in Development of New Food products (formulation, development and assessment of ingredients, quality, process, procedures of trials with animals, regulation, packaging and technical communications).

 
I worked for 13 years at Nestlé Purina in different positions in the Department of Research and Development both in Mexico and in the United States. I was a foundingpartner of Comseca S de RL de CV, manufacturer and trader of pet food, where I also was the technician in charge during 9 years.
 

Currently, I am advisor in the areas of development of new products, and manufactureof pet food.
